Cobra Breaks offers buybacks on cards pulled in Cobra Breaks live shows at 90% of verified market comp, subject to verification. Buybacks are separate resale transactions and are not prizes, bounties, giveaways, bonuses, sweepstakes, jackpots, contests, or promotional rewards.

Verified market comp means the comparable market value determined by Cobra Breaks using available recent sales data for the same or substantially similar card. Cobra Breaks may consider player, year, set, parallel, serial number, grade if applicable, sale date, sale type, and other relevant market information. Cobra Breaks may disregard outlier, unpaid, suspicious, or non-comparable sales.

Values discussed during live shows are provided for transparency based on available comps at that time. Final buyback amount is based on verification of the submitted card and current comparable market data.

Submission of a buyback request does not create an employment, partnership, agency, financial, investment, or guaranteed-profit relationship. Card values fluctuate, and Cobra Breaks does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.
